The process starts with an online initial consultation.

This is a briefing meeting to run through all of your concerns and ideas about your current plans and gain a clear understanding of what it is that you want from your spaces.

Prior to this meeting you’ll share with us your existing floor plans along with any other reference images, plans, links to Pinterest boards etc to help us understand what you are hoping to achieve.

Now it's time to dive into the floor plans! We’ll review and refine them to make the best use of your space, incorporating your ‘must-haves’ from the briefing along with any extra value we can bring to the project.

This is a collaborative process, so we may explore multiple layout options and check in with you along the way to make sure we’re on the right track.

Within a week, you’ll receive a draft layout with clear notes explaining our recommendations.

Once you receive the drafted floor plan, we’ll schedule a virtual meeting to walk you through our recommendations and design improvements in detail.

This is your chance to share your thoughts—what you love, what doesn’t quite work for you, and any elements you’d like to keep or adjust.

We’ll discuss the reasoning behind our design choices, answer any questions, and explore possible refinements to ensure the layout aligns with your vision and needs.

Within one week, we send you a PDF final floor plan that incorporates your feedback and comments.

Plans have key dimensions and are scaled, ready to be passed on to your trades to convey design intent and layout direction

Note this final floor plan can be used to convey design intent and layout direction but is not a full set of construction drawings. We are happy to provide further assitance with this, if required, at a separate fee.
