Overlooking Brisbane's CBD and river, this penthouse offers a seamless sanctuary with a warm natural pallette and soft organic form. Boasting 3.7-meter-high ceilings and an open-plan layout, the design maximises natural light and frames views. Every detail is thoughtfully crafted with the human experience at its heart.

The interiors focus on tonal simplicity and refined minimalism, offering a timeless canvas where residents can express their personal style. European Oak floors and matching timber veneer combine with Crema Valencia limestone and marble accents in a subtle layering of different textures, enhanced by soft ambient lighting.

In the kitchen, premium Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances were selected to offer both functionality and sophistication. The master suite embodies luxury and calm. From organic brushed nickel tapware to the expansive walk-in robe and the elegant stone makeup vanity, each element adds to the sense of sanctuary.

This project was completed during my time as Head of Interiors at Koichi Takada Architects. I led the interior design team, from concept through to construction documentation and site delivery, I was responsible for spatial planning, custom joinery design and detailing and selection of finishes, fixtures and equipment for the Penthouse.
