BOND RESIDENCES

A boutique collection of 80 residences, offering two curated palettes—Dusk and Dawn—each reflecting the site’s surrounding natural beauty. The Dawn palette evokes a light, timeless aesthetic, drawing from sandy tones and coastal textures, while the Dusk palette offers a moodier, more dramatic feel, with earthy hues and emerald accents reminiscent of the coastline at sunset.

Within each apartment, sculptural walls and joinery elements soften circulation areas and enhance the flow of natural light. Spacious floor plans, open living areas and premium design features complete the experience, creating a sense of luxury and sanctuary for residents.

This project was completed during my time as Head of Interiors at Koichi Takada Architects. I led the interior design team, from concept through to tender documentation, I was responsible for the spatial planning, custom joinery design and selection of finishes, fixtures and equipment for the apartments and common areas.
